This private reference site brings those statewide routes and every county's local release resources into one clear starting point.

Why This Resource Exists

Illinois release information is spread across many offices. A county sheriff keeps the record when a person leaves a local jail on bond, after time served, or through another county process. The Illinois Department of Corrections maintains the statewide offender search for people in prison or on parole or mandatory supervised release. Federal prison records belong in the Bureau of Prisons locator.
